At OGLmove, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible fashion items. All products must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
